Change is good! 👍🏻😁Day 1 Breakfast and water tracked.Lunch 330 calories - a big salad and a protein shake- another bottle of waterSo grateful for 62 degrees and sunshine today! The next five days are supposed to be warm! I spent 2 hrs outside and now I’m ready to get my workout done. I know the cold dreary weather will return so I’m enjoying it while it lasts.Dinner 324 calories- pork chop, green beans, and baked apple. Stayed within the calorie range for the day and wasn’t able to eat all of it.227 calorie breakfast

Trying to retrain the brain. My body doesn’t need 3 cups of cereal and 2 pieces of toast!Hamburger crust pizza and veggies for dinner. The side with olives is mine 😁

I love that I can fit ice cream into my daily calorie intake if I want to.
Both days stayed on the low side of my calorie range and ate what I liked without feeling deprived or like I was dieting.
Both days I exercised 40 - 45 minutes.
Both days I drank all the water. Very hopeful!

I’m pleased with what I chose although breakfast and lunch calories were very low and dinner calories more than I normally eat. I was just so busy and stressed at work I couldn’t eat everything I had planned. I still stayed within my calorie range so that’s good. Today is a win!30 minutes of cardio done. Took me forever to get motivated but it’s done.Wacky Wednesday, Whiskey Wednesday, Wonderful Wednesday, Whisker Wednesday....whatever you call it, let’s do this!What’s for dinner? I may have scrambled eggs and oatmeal. Not sure, but I’ll have 500 calories to work with.I changed my mind about dinner. Needed to use up this lettuce before it went bad. So I added the eggs to the salad and I’ll have a snack after while. My teenager requested KFC. So he’s eating that while I have this deliciousness. I’m a bad mom. 😝Good morning to a brand new day! Ham on whole grain, low calorie bread. Tired of turkey. On another note I’m trying to be ok with the up and down number on the scale with strength training. I know it’s normal.187 calories Made with frozen egg noodles, Prego light Alfredo sauce, leftover baked chicken, and spinach.
