Less calories and tastes way better!Just for giggles 😆Pumpkin Spice energy bites made with whole grain oats, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, peanut butter, chia seeds, ground flaxseed, and honey. 1 ball = 82 cal, 4.25g fat, 9 carb, 2g fiber and 2.5g protein. Yum!Omg you guys! I made Kale chips for the first time and I am very impressed! These are ranch flavored and they definitely satisfy that crunchy, salty craving! I tried kale before in a salad and could not eat more than 2 bites but these are delicious! Can't wait to try more flavors!Quick and easy breakfast: leftover sweet potatoes and a protein shake. To all you pumpkin spice fans, if you haven't tried this shake, you need to! Delish!!
