See this image larger(1 comments)See this image largerNew to sparkpeopme. I was on myfitnesspal for four years and it has helped me lose a total of 27 pounds but I need a change to lose the last 12. I weight lift, run and work on our small hobby farm. So I would like to say I'm active. Back in college I weighed 210# and I'm down to 137.2. I've been down to 133 however sugar finds me... Here's to the last 12!
