I know I have it in me to lose the weight and be healthy and happy.
Sitting here at lunch and planning my weekend. I need to keep to my plans and not get distracted.
Woo-hoo. Weather is gorgeous today. My daughter and I went for a little walk.
This is so me!!!
Mentally I told myself I'd start again on 5/1. Totally changed that today. Went on a 1.88 mi walk with one of my daughters and tracked about 80% on my food intake.
Any easy ways to cut carbs?
Haven't hit all 4 goals in a long time. I got out and enjoyed the fresh air for about an hour this evening.
Today will be my 8th straight day of exercising. My goal is be consistent for 3 weeks of just walking. After that I'll add in weights. #fitbit #doingthisforme

Feel off the wagon for workouts this past week. But I started the weekend off right. Company picnic was at Cedar Point yesterday. I don't ride rides, so I just walk.

The past 2 months I've been slacking on my workouts. I haven't given up on my goal of losing weight and being healthier. I just bought new work pants that are a size smaller than I normally wear. Spent most of the afternoon meal prepping for the week. All I have to do is cook breakfast, cook 2 dinners, and pack snacks. Here's to a healthy week!!
Skipped my lunch time workout today. I made up for this afternoon. I just got done with this.
