Sunday is my prep day! I prep my lunches so I don't eat junk during the week. I prep ny clothes so I have time to exercise in the morning. It works for me 😊 #huntthegoodstuff

Husband made me breakfast this morning. Potatoe portions are a little big but happy he is helping me keep on track! 💑
So trying to wrangle my diet and I have been able to stick to this for the last 4 weeks! Bonus: its also helped me cut down on my grocery bill. 🙃 Who knew being healthier in body can also help the wallet!

To all of those who are slogging through and not seeing results. Remember WE are attempting to change a lifetime of bad choices. Be patient with yourself. You'll get there, it just takes time. Give yourself a pat on the back for getting this far and re-focus. Love all ya'll 💗

Monday we begin anew...Being sick just sucks but I am feeling stronger each day.
Not sure what's nagging at me to post this today....but its in my mind that I have made some not so good choices that directly come from trying to force an outcome from a situation that, ultimately, just didn't have one.
