30 pounds loss so far
Fueling my body to get it though this workday for sure! Healthy and yummy! I'm getting back on track after a birthday celebration yesterday with cupcakes and Mac and cheese! Happy Monday all!!
Chicken rice bowel YUMMY!!! Made in the crock pot last night so I have lunches for the week!!!
Workout done for the day! Now time to get dinner made!
I changed my favorite Weight Watchers vegetarian peanut pasta recipe into a cleaner non-vegetarian dish by adding honey (taking out the brown sugar) and I also added chicken! So good! I'm excited for leftovers!
Yep that sounds about right!!!!
How ever your process looks trust it! I did not get where I am over night and I'm not going to reverse it over night! My process has been slow with ups and downs but it is my journey. To sum it all up don't compare yourself to others!

I have not been happy with where I'm at with my fitness . I had been waking up at 5:00am to workout but the last few weeks I needed sleep. So I thought, oh I'll just workout after work... Hahaha!!! That hardly happened! So it is back to early morning workouts! Signed up (finally) for Beachbody on Demand last night... Today's workout... 22 Minutes Hard Corps (preview) I'm excited to try it!!!
Did it!!! Workout done!!! I can't believe I'm saying this but it was so much fun!!! I'm feeling great this morning!!!
I'm armed with a yummy snacks to get me through this crazy Monday workday!!!
The best way to start my day... Burn 205 calories in 15 minutes!!! Got to love leg day and weights!
What are you having for dinner this week? I'm looking for new healthy recipes (no fish... It is just not my thing). We do eat a lot of chicken... 1...2...3 GO!!!
Happy Monday!!! Got my hubby to workout with me this morning. Hope he will stick with it... For now I'm taking it one day at a time with him.
Easy weeknight chicken enchiladas!!! Love love love these! Chicken cooked in the crockpot all day shredded then added a jar of salsa, then place in the center of whole wheat flour tortillas, then more salsa on top with cheese sprinkled! Yummy!!!
Day 3 of hubby and I working out together! A little Masters Hammer and Chisel for us this morning.

I have a sick kid this weekend... So I'm having breakfast in bed and remembering when I'm stressed its better to stay on track with my eating!!!
No excuses today!!! Even with my daughter sick I still needed to get my workout in! She is resting in her room so I did my workout in my room using my Fire stick and Beachbody on Demand!!! A little CIZE dancing to give me energy!
I'm loving Spark recipe app!!! This is smokehouse chicken. I added sweet potato medallions green beans and a little corn... I'm excited to eat dinner!!! Now if my hubby's Maryland Basketball game would end so we could eat... Lol

Go my workout in at work!!! I was sweaty after but that's ok all I had was a long meeting this afternoon. 22 minutes and done... Works for me!
