So good...and so good for you.Yesterday, for breakfast I had a green smoothie and an (instant) oatmeal and was SO hungry all day, so I decided to try something different today to see if it kept me full longer.
My non-traditional breakfast wrap was delish and filling!
Garden veggie tortilla with hummus, tomato, red onion, cucumber, pea shoots and a few Kalamata olives.My 10K Training Walk helped contribute to this step count. Not too shabby for a Tuesday after work.The scale hasn't moved much the past few months, but my clothes fit better. This coat was snug and I couldn't button the top button the last time I tried it on, but today it there was room to spare.
