day 5 of my streak for "Track food or water" earned 4/10/2016
My saving grace after a long walk! Cuts out having to buy a ton of lemons and cutting them up.
For pounds down and only 46 more to reach my first goal. Notice how I chose to colour in the largest swirls first! lol
is so excited to have lost 4 lbs!
Lost another 3lbs this past week! Only 42 more pounds to go until my first goal. I just have to keep reminding myself to have faith in the process ... SP works.
