Monocle Lake
This is it, I am restarting my Sparkability, I have been doing well, down nearly 40#, have been maintaining for a couple years, now going for the next 10
Time flies!!
Water water water, this weeks focus! Concentrating on pretty salads for balance
Corned beef for breakfast!! YUMM added grapes, bananas and tangerines. Maybe I should add a piece of whole wheat bread to balance it out
Road trip with healthy on the run choices!!
Keeping myself busy while I start the the waiting process for deployment to be over!!
A lot of sitting today, so I missed getting in my 250 steps per hour. Still hoping I can drop at least 2 pounds before my next weigh in, but not looking good
I like all the signs cropping up of reminders on caring for your health and bodies. Sometimes a little heads up from an outside source can point you in the right direction. #rerouting
These are so good, now I must find more!
So I started really focusing on my Fitbit, I am doing a stair stepper and walking/running intervals.
Happy Healthy Mother's Day!
So impatient!! Tiny losses are getting to me when I work so hard to try to stay on track!
Disappointed that I worked so hard last week and it only resulted in .50 loss

day 23 of my streak for "Log in and spin the SparkPoints wheel" earned 5/22/2017
Memorial Day for me is more than B B Qs, sunshine, water and fun. I reflect on everything I am grateful for!!
day 28 of my streak for "Log in and spin the SparkPoints wheel" earned 5/27/2017
Day one, trying to see how long I can maintain a streak
Day one, trying to see how long I can maintain a streak
Thankfully, I carried my 'incase' food with me, so I am not tempted by fast food when I am THIS HUNGRY!!
The scale is starting to show impressive milestones, but the way I remove the tags on clothes that have been waiting for me to 'fit into one day' is exhilarating!!!
Went to a birthday party yesterday and ate differently, almost my old ways, I had what I wanted, but then I was unimpressed and shifted to Crap, I should not have at that, I sabotaged myself!
There are times I get lost in the navigation of Sparkpeople, I might make a post, add a picture, then lose it! Might be a glitch when I post from my phone!
Trying to make a point of updating my status everyday. Hearing from my sailor always makes the day better!
Day 2 updating my status, I blogged about strength training, I am enjoying this journey, this could be the difference that I need
I woke up this morning to see my Weight Watcher leader put a post out about this woman that runs 80 miles a day, what an awesome inspiration!
Day3 updating my status. Thinking about the sailors on the Fitzgerald and wondering what the are doing to cope with the loss of their shipmates after such a tragedy
Yes!! Score!!! Went to a blueberry farm, 2.50 a pound, and some of my OWN bushes! Blueberry heaven
I LOVE blueberries, I found a blueberry farm that has blueberries for 2.50 a pound!! I was elated!! I have been eating blueberries almost every day for about 5 years, usually I get the 'wild' frozen kind, but these fresh organic ones are the best!
I feel back on track, more or less. I even started to do the modified push-ups, a couple planks, wall sits and some dancing like no one was watching
I am down to weighing almost as much as I did when I was pregnant with A ten pound baby 45 years ago!! I feel nearly 'small', until I look in a mirror 😜 onward and downward
Time for some moving!! I think I am going to go find another trail
Yep, next up, ready for a 3 week boot camp that I found on Living Social
So I saw this posted on line, and I think it is exactly right!!
I really appreciate the comments on my blogs, it definitely gives me the boost I need to get back to tracking my goals when I don't have it on me to keep going after a disappointing setback
Woot woot! Down another 2.7 pounds! I am so happy this finally being successful and I am not dieting, just filling my Weight Watcher points system !! Feels GREAT!
It has been a week and a new weigh in! YAY ME down 1.7!!
Wrapping up the end of the week, feeling so good about my progress. For the first time in years, I actually like my reflection. Put on a favorite shirt today that I haven't worn in 20 years. I am glad I finally DID what I said 'some day I will wear that shirt again!!
Onward and downward. I am maintaining, even though I didn’t log for a couple weeks
Halloween spooky scary candy all around!!

The wings were meatless!
what a dinasaur
caught myself daydreaming about exercise instead of doing!
I am shrinking!!
wow!! Stocked up on blueberries, got my exercise ball back to fully inflated, put my portable stair stepper in front of the tv, to challenge myself to get to stepping through all commercials! Hoping this leads to something big!!
Jeep jeep jeep
The yo-yo struggle continues, but I enjoy eating so much healthier, it is quite an adventure to learn all these wonderful tasting concoctions that I know are feeding my body with nutritional big bangs
Just five more pounds, just five more, just five. My on going mantra.I HATE that the Dr. scale is 5 pounds heavier than my own scale, even when she was so excited ‘wow, you have lost 15 lbs, that is great!’ yeah well, been over a year and can’t get ‘just five more’ off when I know my goal is 40+ more. so frustrating!
REALLY trying to be committed to daily posting! It should go hand in hand with trying to be commuted to daily exercise, I am horrible at both, but I do have a lot of other things that I have got right
2020, perfect vision right?? I vision being committed to watching whatever sugar is in the food I eat and seriously seriously MUST start exercising!!!
Pretty amazing to me that I see people on here everytime I do a restart that are so consistent, I wonder if I can ever finally pick up my slack!
93 days until my birthday, struggling with consistent checking in here. But it was nice to see a pop up from the coach, just as I was starting to log this.
