I'm going into my 3rd week of my lifestyle change to try to lose 100lbs...Had a disappointing weigh in with only . 6lbs lost. But when I measured I have lost a total of 6.5 inches in a week. As happy as I am about the inches I can't help but be sad about the weight loss. I want to see that number go down! Lol
If you guys haven't tried this stuff it is amazing. I limit myself to half a pint (technically two servings but who can eat just one?) and it helps with my sweet tooth. I'm down 36lbs since July and I eat two of these a week haha just thought I'd throw that out there!
I hit a goal today! Official out of the 200s! Its taken me almost 11 months but I'm down 69lbs! I still have 31lbs to go to my goal of 100lbs but I'm closer than when I started! Then I wanna lose another 18 to hit 150. It's been long and hard but I'm getting there
