It was a bear of a challenge and multiple times, I wanted to give up on this race. I had to dig deep and finish as strong with whatever strength I had left. Today many people will be tackling the very same course as I did 3 years ago. Go Spartan!See this image largerAnother great 3 a.m. workout at the gym. Back in training for Bay Bridge 10k. I ran for 43 minutes without stopping and with intervals inclined up to 5. I haven't been able to train in weeks, because of my Plantar fasciitis. So, I'm pretty proud of myself being able to go that long without stopping. However, the scale wasn't my victory. I applaud myself for being consistent in other areas. I've been getting in 400 - 600 fitness minutes in a week, and building endurance.
