#BeforeAndAfter you can see the changes in my face. I’ve lost over 10 lbs and many, many inches while I increase my muscle and fitness. I still have 80 lbs to go but today we celebrate incremental, consistent changes in my lifestyle.
Hi Friends! My Fitbit flex finally keeled over today. It has been extremely helpful in gettin me to be more intentional with my movement. Now it’s time for a new one. I’m training for a marathon relay and the pacing information is very helpful. Heart rate may nitoringnis also important. I like the Fitbit interface. What should I get?
