For an 8hr shift, I know that spent about 5 1/2 hours on my feet running back and forth. In addition, there was also a lot of stooping then standing.?? According to Fitbit I spent a total of 5 minutes at the peak of my heart rate zone. I've done that before, but not with this Tabata workout. Oye, it was difficult and I had a slight headache afterward. Call me crazy, but I'm going for 6 minutes tomorrow. Greek Salad gone awry. Here I was making my salad when all of a sudden broccoli just jumped out of the fridge and into the bowl.
