Friday at last. I’m beginning my 8 hour sentence but I can at least daydream about the so very close weekend. It was an exhausting week but I can proudly say I fought through it. Have a great day guys.
It's supposed to rain here pretty much the entire week. What's your favorite way of staying active indoors? Keep it clean.
I'm going for an extra 8 oz today simply because my brain was too lazy to come up with any other sort of daily goal.
SMART goals. I've been setting a few for each week with just a little incremental push that will make conquering them worthy of celebration rather than feeling routine. It's keeping my mind busy while I work out a more defined idea of what I want for myself long term.

The scale greeted me this morning with a 2.4 lb loss. Monday motivation achieved.
It's just one of those days. They can't all be rainbows and kittens right? I'm going to champion through and keep the mind distracted and not let it fester into an excuse to make bad choices.
The weekend sure took its time getting here. Sunday is going to be a beach day.

I've had my fill of Monday. Hope everyone is hanging in there today.
Last night I was a few steps short of my goal for the day and rather than go for a walk I decided to fire up Just Dance 2020 on the PS4. An hour later I was 2500 steps past my goal and my legs painfully remembering how much fun it is to dance to Rasputin.
Last night I was feeling a bit restless and put on this homemade lower body workout I found on YouTube. 30 minutes later I was crawling up the stairs laughing at how the 25 squats I had been doing every day was if anything just a warm-up. Still feeling it today.
Thank goodness I'll still be allowed to sweat indoors surrounded by the comfort of AC vents.
Just a thank you to this entire community for all the motivation and support I've shamelessly used you for. You've helped me stay sane.

This happened over the weekend. Man my legs were feeling it on Sunday morning.
So the candy Peeps have been cancelled until Easter and I've heard more than one person going crazy over it. Why? I've always seen Peeps as pretty much the fruitcake of Easter.

I woke up today with a motivation deficiency. Clawing my way back to center so that I can get this day going. Going to put Doctor, Doctor by UFO on repeat until I feel completely healed.
I've been wanting to mix things up a bit with my workouts. So I've talked myself into trying out a beginner's karate video on YouTube tonight. I think I've been watching way too much Cobra Kai.
The struggle was real today but I forced myself out of bed and got that workout done knowing I wouldn't have time to do it this evening.
