Discovered June 2015, Removed Aug 2015, then healing process to June 2016.
One of my biggest motivators is that I want to be able to have the strength to carry around my new grand baby, sit on the floor and play-then get back up again, I want to be around to watch her grow.
Starting over, again. The scale just keeps going up. Today, I am starting over with a new, determined attitude. I will be logging food and exercising at least 10 minutes each day.
A pledge for myself. Now to follow through.
