Lol I won. Technically I was interested last place for the 2.5k. I was however the only one in my age category. I won way more then a mug. I ran some of it. more then I thought I could. my pace was 3.1 which is better then I have been doing. it poured all night so it was wicked humid. I could have ran more.

they did not have the toys I wanted so we had to settle for cars . the guy loved his cake and it tastes good. I madam one FO my kids and I did no eat any. I had a small piece of this and logged it.

sheetz western burrito 260 calories. small mostly cheese and crappy. mcds sausage burrito, much better but 290 calories Debbies breakfast burritos 216 calories each. I had 2.

Best day ever. I have been stalking these eagles for months. They are living within a mile of my home and spend time at the river which is not far off the road
265 calories for a whole plate.
I know this is not my idea, but I think I am onto something. Last night I packed all my food for today. So now all I have to do is eat it. No standing at the fridge thinking. No thinking about what I am going to eat and when. What will my brain do with all this extra time?
This is from the first time I sparked until today 6/15/19.
This body does 70 minutes a day on the treadmill and 36 minutes of strength. I was #1 on my team and #2 overall in weight loss for the 1st week of a 9 week challenge. I also work full time and have 2 hours of driving everyday and work the dreaded 2nd shift. No excuses.
I have a vase with glass bead representing all the pounds I want to lose. When I lose the pounds I put the beads into a mug I won in a 2k race when i first started. So now I have 38 in the mug. I am now approaching the part that is hard for me. 30 pounds to Onederland. So I took the next 10 beads and put them on my treadmill. Going to take it one pound at a time.
1. Jar for pounds lost beads (38 in there). 2. Pounds to loose beads(82 + the 10 on the treadmill). 3. Me looking good just got done 70 minutes on treadmill. 4. My best buddy treadmill. 5. the programmed workouts I dream of doing. 6. My really cool water bottles great for hiking. 7. 10 beads from my pounds to lose jar. This way I can focus on my next mini goal. Also the DVD player I use to play my workout videos. This is how Deby Does It.

final for July I lost 14.6 pounds. this is how I did it.
