Earned my 1,000 minutes trophy yesterday. I'll probably end the month with about 1,200 minutes. Next month I'd like to do 1,500 minutes.
Is anyone doing 2,000 or more minutes a month? While I'm still not where I'd like to be, I'm definitely in better shape than I was 3 months ago.
The photo on the left is from 2014 and the photo on the right from yesterday. The "before" actually isn't my worst, which was sometime in 2011. Yes, you can still do 10 minutes even if you're not feeling well or are sore. I'm up to at least 45 minutes a day now and going for a full year streak. Today marks six months on SparkPeople, as well as six months exercising everyday. Here's a comparison shot of three months ago versus today. Here's another angle.
