🎤 Here I go again on my own, going down the only road Ive ever known🎵🎶 Lol But Im trying and, always a step closer and and stronger than before 💟
Trying to balance. Listen to my body and know sometimes hubger pains are a good thing. But also to feed my body and soul with foods Im getting a benefit from...and the oldy but goody, exercise 4 to 6 x a week, atleast 25 minutes!! Water Water Water......
Tracking and planning is my key. Writung down the minutes we work out is so powerful for me!! And measuring everything I eat and drink..and of course food and exercise tracker on SPARKPEOPLE 🍎🍉🍓
