Question. When you change pants sizes, like from a 12 to a 10, does that count as one size because there really aren't 11s or two sizes? Lol. I know it's a silly question but I have been telling myself 2 sizes. Morning visitors. Gobble gobble! Week 4. Up before work to excercise. Thought it would be easier by now! Even the turtles need a hug! Slept in 15 extra minutes on accident so I did a harder but shorter workout. Maybe I will get a little walk in tonight. We'll see how the days goes. Cant be bad now that I got a good start even with sleeping through the alarm. First graders cant seem to help sharing everything-even germs. Put the recumbent on an easy level and realized easy is the level that was hard when I began my early morning workouts. NSV!
