I stopped eating sugar for a couple weeks and had sweets the last couple days and have a bad headache. My advice is listen to your body. Pay attention to what causes mood swings, what causes you energy level to drop etc Your body will tell you. Tummy also doesn’t feel or look so bloated.See this image largerHello!! #i haven’t posted here in a while. Probably cause I’d been slacking. Lol. BUT here I am agin trying to do better! So far so good. I’ve cut down on candy bars (was having 1 a day ) and have only had about 3 times this month and no chips at all in a month!! That’s a big deal for me! I love them potatoe chips. I’ve had bread like 3x as well, no cookies, soda about 2x and no coffee creamer. Yay me! 😂
