Going to the Red Sox game tonight with my sons. Gotta save some calories for a Fenway Frank!
At 55 ya think I'd know by now what foods make me not necessarily gain weight but bloats my tummy to the point of being uncomfortable. (Note...I do know but still make that bad choice sometimes) ugh.
Another pound lost....down to 150.5! 140's here i come. Off to tennis!
