This is the picture taken in 2010 that inspired me to finally do something about my weight.
I have a friend who asked for daily accountability. So I daily post to her FB and ask what's going on. So here's today's. -6 from last weigh in (pre Thanksgiving).

only lost 0.3 pounds this week but that's not too bad. I felt horrible most the week but kept to the food plan. I only was able to work out one day. The coughing got worse so I was just worn out. Saw the doctor on Wednesday night cause the cough was only getting worse. But I'm moving. I'm doing something

Sunday was picture day at Roller Derby. I borrowed someones Jersey since I'm still in Training. But dang, that Jersey Looks GOOD on me!
I’m setting the aggressive goal of 35 lbs by Christmas, 60 lbs by May 1. It’s about 2 lbs a week. Need to track need to get stronger
