I went ahead and peeled and prepped the cantaloupe and cut it into dices and cut the stems from the strawberries and washed them, now when I want a snack all I have to do is grab me a bowl or just grab some strawberries and I'm good to go!!! I could have had a "CUP" of cantalope for about 52 calories that would have lasted longer and tasted just as good and been more beneficial to my body!
