First post! I've been working out for about 2 months and I'm down 30lbs. All thanks to this awesome guy! Great trainer at PlyoFit in San Antonio! Don't mind my red face. This was after my workout.
My reward for 50 pounds lost. I put a lot of miles on my last pair. I really needed some I could swap out for workouts and daily wear.
I thought this was very interesting...I passed up last year's steps already. I really didn't move much last year. 😩

It's hard for me to see the difference in these two pictures, but I need to share this 'before & during' picture to keep me motivated. There is a difference of 5 months and 70 pounds in these pictures. Seems crazy that it's been that long since I started this journey. Here's to another 70 more.
Almost 7 months and 85 pounds down...I have a whole new appreciation for working out.
