Our minds are so powerful! Instead of telling yourself "I can't" think of all the reasons you can and change your mind!! Focus! Catch yourself when your mind is telling you lies and trying to convince you all the reasons you can't. The more you change your mind the better your story becomes. These pics were taken in Fall 2015 and then Fall 2019. Progress, not perfection. Eating healthy whole foods and consistent exercise has changed my life and my health.
