Leveled up on my step aerobics from beginner to intermediate.
Dinner. 192 cal; 11 carbs; 4 fat and 28 protein. Yeah, I'll group that!
Dinner: pancake, lite sausage, and fresh fruit kabobs with low fat yogurt and agave for dipping!
Back after a winter break. The good: didn't need to pull out last year's clothes, which I saved bc I typically gain 20 pounds over the winter season. The bad: gained 12 pounds. The future: tracking, tracking, tracking. May also be able to determine if there's a food trigger to my migraines, which make it hard to work out too. #BeforeAndAfter
