Toilet situation now. Spent an additional $245 for parts and two different teams coming out. Plumber to check second bathroom to see if same or similar problem is there. Second, to remove damaged drywall and find out what is behind it. Then green board which most builders skimp on but should be done throughout your entire bathroom if you have allergies or asthma as I do. Since handyman will be coming at 6 pm, expect another long night. Sleep is a hobby right now!

Hi Sparks Friends, am on antibiotics for 10 days. Not going out - to avoid being re infected per my doctor nor to the gym. Diet only plus my walk/chair exercise sparks does supply on you tube plus my stationary bike. Cannot wait till June 11, 2017. The walls close on me.

Hi Sparks Friends, back to see the wonderful Bexar County Property (home below) Appraisal unelected bureaucrats for my formal property tax value hearing. This time I do have unpaid regular citizen jury of sorts that do make recommendations. We just have big differences of what taxes I should pay based on way different property (my home) values.
Lost 2 pounds this week. Slowly loosing weight as I struggle to drink more water, eat more proteins as shown in cart and move more.

Hi Spark Friends gained 3 pounds on cruise. That is much less than I thought. Plus found out that 86% of my body mass is muscle. Swimming daily helps. Still have water retention higher than most and 46% above average. I admit I bought over priced pretty vitamins on cruise.

I am currently disputing about $84 of funds removed from my bank account that I do not know about. Today I did 10 minutes of yoga stretches, 20 minutes of chair fitness workout. Disappointed π I was unable to get the hydro therapy massage tub π in my house. My mother and sister had cancer doctors appointments Friday 4/20/2018. Hope fog clears so I can go to church.

Paid extra for Valet ($20) so we did not have to wait another hour to walk to our parking space. We have another 45 Minutes to get from Ballyβs Hotel to Circus Circus Hotel where we are staying plus free self park & walk to room.

How do you handle medical/surgery stress and challenges? See my blog. Waiting for my mother from 8 am till when she may come out of surgery like medical procedure- 2-4 pm. I am with my 2 close friends Lisa and Fernando Hernedez. After passing through security we plan to use the hospital exercise circuit and quarter mile walking lap. Asking for prayers as I have great anxiety about death and loosing my mother who I love greatly!
