It's official—I have lost 30 pounds since May following Spark. I have 4 more pounds to go to reach my first goal by November 17. I can do this! I credit food tracking, Spark Coach and the supportive community for my success—things that have been missing in my previous efforts to lose weight. Thank you Spark!
I walked the length of New Zealand! 990 miles since May 2018.













What’s for dinner tonight! Salmon, red pepper, kale fresh from the garden, seeds of change 7 whole grains, coconut oil, coconut aminos, and green onion. Pretty tasty!

Dinner tonight! A bit of stew meat sautéed, grilled peppers, tomato salsa, grated cheddar, onions, and avocado on Tostitos scoops. YUM!
Veggies from my garden this evening!
Dinner—lettuce, cucumbers, radish and tomatoes from garden —along with other yummy things. Just over 450 calories.
Busy day! My first time to make 25,000 steps in a day.

What’s for dinner? The red things are peppers!
Got a new toy. A cardio HIIT Proform. Only 22 minutes this time. Quite different from my old elliptical. Looking forward to more sweaty workout sessions!
My new breakfast bar. 22 grams protein. 1 gram sugar. No dairy. No gluten. No soy. AND 20% iron! It has good flavor—also has a peanut butter one. Not a gourmet item but palatable! And the numbers are great! 25 carbs, 18 fiber, 5 fat.
Cauliflower frittata. Made one yesterday --so good I made another for tonight!. Cauliflower rice--about 2 cups, 2 eggs, a bit of bacon crumbles and feta cheese. Mix well. Used my copper pan to get a nice brown. Put a quinoa rice mixture on top, then flipped it to get crunchy rice. I like the textures!
