This has been me for a few days now
Supper made with fresh vegetables and herbs. Can’t wait to dig in
#BeforeAndAfter I’m working on me and finally seeing a different. It’s taking me longer than most people to lose the weight because I’m limited to what and how much I can do because of this hernia. But I’m still going to give it my best.
I’ve been gone awhile. I had my hernia surgery on May 1st. Then I was rushed back to the hospital because of multiple blood clots in my left leg. Now I’m on blood thinners and blood pressure meds. But the good thing is I’m learning to eat a low carbs and I’m down to 191.5 pounds. It has been had to come up with foods that my family will eat. I’m ready to see how much I can loose on my new journey.
