I am celebrating the small things... 1.Today I made a motivation and goal chart for my fridge. 2. I drank 64 plus ounces of water today 3. I logged all my food today including the candy bar I ate. 4. I reached my fitbit step goal today :) If I don't celebrate the little wins, I may never get to the big wins! This is a life journey and it should be enjoyed and celebrated along the path to victory.
