When I retired in May 2016 I planned on trying to get in shape, but I did nothing. Now in February 2019 I am finally giving it a try for the first time.

My Goals:
I'm skeptical I can lose any weight, but am trying to lose at least 60 lbs.
My Program:
Found free exercise show on DirecTV (Gilad's Bodies in Motion), doing one each day.
Making sure I get more than 10,000 steps each day.
We are takeout-aholics but looking online to pick lower-cal, healthier options.
Eat Lean Cuisine or Healthy Choice for lunch with raw veggies instead of chips.
Focused on burning more calories every day than I consume.
Personal Information:
We have 3 senior rescue dogs that are costing us a fortune in vet bills but we love very much: Weston, Tyler and Jasper.

I hope your healing goes quickly! Will you have a scar? If so, I hope it is minimal!
