Introduction Text Hello my name is Zona I'm 42 yrs old, happily married with three great kids. My family is what motivates me to keep on trying to loose weight and have a healthy lifestyle. SparkPeople and my faith help keep me going even though I don't cling to either nearly enough.

My short term goal is to just weigh under 200lbs. My long term goal is to lose more then that but I don't know how much more yet.

Right now I'm keeping it simple. Praying, Eating more fruits and veggies. To either walk for 30 mins, or stretch for 10mins 4 days a week.

Hello, My name is Zona I'm married to Les this Feb 14th it will be 9 years. We have three children 18 ds, 7 ds, 6 dd. I really want to live the type of life I want my children to grow up and live. Eating healthy and being active is part of what I want my children to emulate.
