Hi, my name is Zoe, and I always been overweight. I used to say that I add big bones instead of facing the truth. But here I am, and this time, I'm going to go for it, until I'm really satisfied. I want to fit in a 8 size dress , I want to lose 100 pounds overall, and you know what? I WILL!!!

I will take progress pictures for every 10 pounds losts. I weigh myself every wednesday. I find that using different tools to measure my progress help me not focusing on the numbers on the scale only.
-EDIT- I haven't taken any pictures recently, because they would show a gain, but I plan on starting again soon.

Fitness Minutes: 12,243

My Goals:
Lose the 40 pounds I gained back and then 45 more!

Ultimate goal: 140 lbs

- Be able to wear size 8
- Look at myself as a sexy and confident young woman


My Program:
- Remove grains and sugars from my diet

- Eat as many veggies as possible (mainly green, but the rainbow is also important)

- Drink 8 glasses of water per day

-Do cardio 6 x week and strenght with resistance bands, free weight and body weight 2-3 x week

- Train for a 10 k race and run in under 75 minutes.

- Log on to SP everyday



Personal Information:
I'm back again, I think for the 3rd time...
I'm commit to stick to a primal diet this time!
I have a plan for workout that include cardio and ST.

I'm in a relationship with the most amazing man.
That guy makes me feel pretty and sexy, and that's so refreshing. But it has the negative effect of not making we really want to change, because I'm lazy!

I really want to do this!
I want to get pregnant within one year so I can't waste time!!
