    Thank you so much for thinking of me. Weight loss has been slow to none...On the bright side I finished my Cardiac Rehab today and I can walk jog and sprint now. The weight will follow I am sure. We are doing well and staying safe :)

    thank you for your gift of sunshine .. magical energy from above .. I pray you and yours are well my dear friend ... we are all doing ok here .. my little frog dropped off an Easter Basket yesterday full of homemade wonders .. and some coloured eggs .. the basket was zero calorie .. even better .. I can't be trusted lately around Cadbury little mini eggs .. those stinkers put me into a sweet and salty adventure .. oh well no kid like an old one right .. I remember well that my dad truly loved the Oh Henry Easter eggs ... he never ate a chocolate bar any other time of the year but he sure made up for it at Easter time .. of course he owned a grocery and meat market for 30 years so his access to his favourite treats came early and stayed long emoticon .. I couldn't help but have a little chat with him while savouring the little eggs .. the salty chips are of my own invention .. yes a big kid I am .. but time to smarten up ..
    I saw a little ditty on face book yesterday .. that said .. there will be a lot of pregnant women after the virus is gone ... those that are .. and those that just look like it ..
    that was a bit of a wake up for me .. I have been allowing far more food than I require .. so today is the day to get that straightened out ... get my walking shoes on and start a habit .. one step at a time ..

    All is well .. none of this is a surprise to God .. He's got us in the palm of His hand .. we truly are His biggest deal ..

    The flowers and blossoms are filling the air with the smells of Spring. This is the time to start preparing for the Summer. Are you ready to join a Challenge? The Biggest Loser Challenge is looking for members for it’s next Challenge starting the first week of June. The challenge consists of 11 Teams, that participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs, allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.

    “It helps me stay focused on my goals. It also keeps things interesting and not boring.”
