Hey everyone,

This is honestly the first time that I have wholeheartedly decided to make this change in my life. I did it once before back in the summer of 2001 (I think it was 2001), I lost 30lbs to get in shape for basketball. In high school I was a student athlete and I was overweight some but not to the point where it bothered me a lot. After I graduated high school is when the problems started to occur. I slowly gained weight. Now, I hesitate to go out with friends because I do not like the way I look. It's very difficult for me to be this honest with myself about my weight, but I feel that I need to be truthful so that I can be accountable. I am looking forward to the day that I return back to the size I was during high school. I will need all the support I can get to get over this mental block.

My Goals:
I would like to get back at least to the weight I was in during high school, which is about 145-150lbs. Once I reach that goal I will re-evaluate from there.

My Program:
I plan on implementing different things each week to focus on. Since this is such a long journey, I have plenty of time to mix things up so I think I will do the same routine for a week at a time and then change it up.
So this is my plan for:
Nov 30-Dec 6
1) Crossramp - at least 10 min
2) Treadmill - 1 mile interval training
3) 100 crunches
*1 off day

Dec 7-13
Basically, same as above.

Personal Information:

Other Information:
I love playing basketball, reading, playing poker, dominoes...any kind of game really..I am SO competitive.
