I used to be an athlete-swimmer in college, tri-athlete, taught aerobic classes, fitness trainer...then life changed and now I'm over 150 lbs overweight. Now I'm a slug...I want to get my life and health back. I'm digging a slow grave with a fork! I just saw the article in a magazine about this and thought this would be a great opportunity for accountability and motivation! I

My Goals:
I was inspired last night by watching the extreme weight loss show of the women that used to be thin then her weight ballooned to over 300+..That is me!! I want to be able to live my life again fully, zest and with enthusiasm for the out of doors. My weight stops me from doing so much!
My Program:
Just signed on today...I'd like to commit to 3 times a week swimming and 3 times a week walking. Eat breakfast daily and eat 4-5 veggies and fruits a day.
