The Diva on a Diet


I've been on every diet known to man and have lost and gained back more weight than I care to admit. Currently, I'm working the South Beach Diet and loving it. I think its the "easiest" diet I've ever been on. I hope to stick with this way of eating for life and finally loose the weight for good!

Fitness Minutes: 1,375

My Goals:
Getting healthy and loosing 50 pounds before my 45th birthday.

My Program:
 I'm on the South Beach Diet and currently swim 3 miles per week.

I'm trying to get to the gym twice a week to lift weights / strength train.


Personal Information:
I live in Manhattan with my husband and two cats. I'll turn 44 in July.

Other Information:
 Hobbies: cooking, baking, reading, traveling, photography, writing my blog. Love sports, music and art.

TV addictions: Top Chef, Project Runway, American Idol.
