Welcome to my quest for thinness. Let's hope this helps me mentally, physically and spiritually.

My goal is to be able to fit INTO my closet of clothes! When I first joined SP I was 150 seeking 125. I'm now around 165 and gunning for the 130s.

I LOVE food! Not crazy portions, just flavor- I'm a nut for sweets, cheeses and breads- all the no-nos. Lately I have finally gotten back on the "bandwagon" and started cooking again. As of February 1st, 2010, I have eaten whole foods, almost exclusively at home, juiced and drank whole food smoothies for almost two straight weeks! WOOHOO!

I can do this. I need consistency. This is not my first time on spark, more like my third or fourth. It's time to make this the LAST and FINAL time, because it's going to WORK this time!

My Goals:
Perform an unassisted pull-up by March 1st, 2010.

Lose 1 inch of belly fat by March 1st, 2010.

Weigh under 160lbs consistently by March 1st, 2010.

My Program:
Day 1: Legs and Core
Day 2: Shoulders and Arms
Day 3: Cardio and Core
Day 4: Chest and Back

I'm currently a member of a 24/7 fitness club less than 2 miles from my house, so any excuses are absolutely worthless!

Juicing or making whole fruit smoothies every day of the week!

-Track fitness every day, and to keep moving!

Personal Information:
Originally from Michigan, I now reside on the perimeter of Atlanta, GA. It's much warmer down here, however people are also much more body-conscious.

I am a practicing chiropractor who loves her job, but desires to "Walk the Walk" more- to be the picture of health that I describe to my patients. It is hard to give patients nutritional and fitness advice for their health when I myself have fat rolls =(

Other Information:
I love to read, to cross-stitch, play World of Warcraft and spend time with my darling cat.

Whenever I can I see my boyfriend who is a bartender downtown in school to be a Life Coach.

My current areas of study are:

-Pregnancy Chiropractic

    April is a brand new month. For me and hopefully for you as well a time to reflect on what you learned from what you did or did not do last month. It’s a fresh start to recommit to following the SP program and becoming a better you. I’d like to encourage you to join us on the team board at Doin’ It Again (The Right Way) and take part in the group.
