I will be 33 in a few months. I used to be in shape..about 13 years ago. I was in the military and I was always motivated to work out. Unfortunately I let go of that person a little every time I gained weight after each baby. I have 3 children and I am now 50 pounds more than I want to be.

IT IS TIME! I need to be the person on the outside that I am on the inside! I have a goal, I would like to enter into a fitness competition before my 35th birthday. Not sure how I will get there, but I am starting with P90X. I am on day 48 and enjoying the noticeable changes. If anyone has any advice it would be appreciated.

Fitness Minutes: 5,093

My Goals:
Loose 50 pounds and get down to the teens for body fat! Enter into a fitness competition by the time I turn 35.

My Program:
40% Carbs, 40% Protein and 20% Fat.
P90X to start,
I am on day 37! Lost my first pound this week...finally! Oh but the difference I am seeing with size and shape:) Good bye hail damage!!!

Personal Information:
I am ready for a change! I live in Michigan and would love to move back home to Iowa...just can't sell my house! Trying and have for about 4 years! Yuk!
Anyway while I wait and am staying at home with my cute little baby in the picture to the left, I will work my buns off, literally:)

Other Information:
I am addicted to this site, everyone is so helpful and there at my fingertips if I need advice:) I was looking for a buddy to hit goals with and I have found all of you:)

    Thanks for the goodie! I am doing well. Trying to get my weight to start budging again. I think I may have found some help in that area. I joined a team called "by the numbers" and it is really helping me see what I need to do to lose the weight. It is so easy and it is starting to make perfect sense! YAY!

    How are things your way? I hope you are feeling better? What have you been doing work out wise lately? Keep me posted.
