I am a mother of three 3 boys, and wife to an awesome man. But I am not happy. I am not happy with myself. What do I mean. I mean I am not happy with how I look. I want to change that. I am not happy with hurting all the time because of all this extra weight I am carrying. I need to find what makes me happy without it being food related.
