    Bummer you didn't get my SP mail! I wrote you a long letter, too. Hmm,...I wonder where it went? I'll see if it is in my saved or sent folder (do I have those?)

    I've had my ups and downs, but boy it sounds like you've had an especially difficult time, Yoga! Glad to have you back on SP! I've missed you!!!!

    One of the things I had written was that Jamie, Brita, and I all have fitbits now. I remember you had one, do you still? I am loving mine. I love how it keeps track of how many hours I spend sitting and also about my sleep. Very informative! Man, I really do feel better when I've had a good nights sleep (and it seems I ave ~ 5-6 hours, not good!) Love, love, love the little guy. My sister has one, too. And she joined SP. So now my Mom and sister are on SP. Yea, SP!

    I don't know if you noticed my tracker, but back in April 2012 I gave up eating anything that had any form of "added sugar" - I use fruit (apple bananas, and dates mostly) to sweeten things. I hit my year mark and didn't even notice! Blew me away that I could give up sugar. I eat pretty much 100% clean, too. From my highest weight, 178, I am now down to 135.

    I have found a gym that holds HIIT classes, limits the class size to 12, frequently there are only 2-3 others in the class. LOVE it! The trainer owns the gym, his wife and baby girl (just turned 6 months) help run it. So cute! He is a former college football player, and has been a personal trainer at 24 hour fitness for 10+ years - his workouts are hard but fun. He has lots of fun toys, med balls, TRX/suspension trainers, sled, ropes, as well as the usual free weights. The people in the classes are all really supportive and nice. It is pretty much the one social thing I do. I really look forward to the classes, the only down side is the cost. But it helps me mentally and spiritually, as well as physically so I try to figure out ways to afford it.

    Yoga, sorry to hear about the car accident. I completely understand only being able to concentrate on one thing. Concentrating on eating well sounds like a great thing to work on...a little bit overwhelming though...maybe break it down even about drinking 8 glasses of water a day (or do you do that already?) Pick something small and doable.

    Yoga!!!! So glad you are back! I am so sorry to hear about your mother! My goodness you have had a lot of things thrown at you. I think it is a great plan to start with a goal of losing 10 lbs, but might I suggest you change your focus from a weight loss one, which you and I both know doesn't always behave in a straight forward manner. To a goal that is focused on what you actually have control over? Such as - work out a given numbers a week, or stay within a given calorie range - and reward yourself frequently!
