    Thanks for goodie! And you are welcome! I learned about No Salt from a friend who's teenage son used it! I would never be without it and even suggest taking it with you to restaurants and on vacations, etc. I use a small salt shaker with a flip top. I have gotten much better about not using salt on some foods but veggies and eggs, I want it! I also use ALOT of no salt added products such as tomatoes, canned mushrooms and tuna (buy at Whole foods, their 365 brand). You can also use No Salt in cooking and baking. I use it all the time for CHILI with all NSA products, including beans. I hope this helps! Good Luck! emoticon

    I also would agree that the scale is not the only measure of weight loss progress. I have lost 2 and a half inches off my waist somehow over the last couple months and my clothes are fitting so much looser - even though this last while the weight loss has not been so dramatic. emoticon
