I'm a 40-something year old woman, considering myself healthy enough but not on my goal weight. I'm here to get the support I need to achieve it and to get to know people who've gone throught some of my experiences.

My Goals:
Drink more than 8 glasses of water
No soda
Loose 30-40 pounds.
My Program:
I'm jogging/running on my treadmill for 1 hour every other day and/or work out with my core aerobics video and use couch Nicole's short exercises.
Personal Information:
I'm married, between my husband and I we have 6 kids including 2 grandkids. I'm from Boston, MA, The name is Carmen and my email address is carjune@partners.org. Started in SparkPeople to have people that have the same interest as me (i.e. to loose weight) and so far I have enjoy everything. This helps me to be more determine. That's my motto "Determination".
Other Information:
I love to travel, read and go to the movies, most of the time with my youngest daughter, which is always with me. I enjoy working out, like to see when I'm sweating, It's make me feel that I'm really working it. One of my favorite quotes is "Happiness keeps you sweet, trials keep you strong, sorrows keep you human, failures keep you humble, succcess keeps you glowing".
