Introduction Text Hello fellow Sparks ;) Found this site today through my good friend and neighbour. Its rather strange she sent me the site link as last night both me and the hubby had decided it was time we got back on the healthy eating regime. It was an emotional ride to be honest as the last few days I had been staring at myself in the mirror, taking in my facial features, realising that it had changed since the last time I had really and truly taken in what was in front of me. I had lost over 40lbs last year, slowly but surely putting 28lbs of it back on so seeing this face staring back at me was I have to admit heartbreaking. I then proceeded to harrass my husband, asking him if my face looked different to him, when he answered with things I didnt want to hear of course tears fell. What did I expect? So this is me Gen with a big heart but with a big tummy too. Im fed up of being this way. I have no problem with bigger people its just not for me. Inside im a size 12 just waiting to get out. Ive realised that its me thats keeping her trapped, no-one else but me. *UPDATE* 24th January 2013. Thought I would add that I stopped signing in for a while just before my birthday (october) but now Ive been back for a few weeks. Im not intending on weighing myself week after week as I dont want to be a 'slave' to the scales.

I hit the big 40 in October. I wanted to have the figure of my dreams by then but alas it didnt happen. Not a problem 2013 means a new year, ddp yoga and healthy eating!!
