My Goals:
1.Weight: 65kg.
2.Fit into the clothes I like.
3.Stay healthy to enjoy my life with all my family.
4.Look like my age even look younger than my age.


My Program:
 1. Start the day with yoga 5 days a week.
2. Cardio 5 days a week.
3. Strength 3 days a week.
4. Have portion control.
5. Play with the kids outdoors whenever the weather allows.
6. Cook healthier.
