...baby steps.. doin' the math and finding an activity and food regimen that keeps me moving.

I have these great technicolor goal charts set up all over the place but I am chipping away at the iceberg with a teaspoon. Not to worry - persistence and stubborness are in my favor. Health and wellness are the focus.

My Program:
Step 1:
MOVE !

Step 2:
Seek support and support others.

Step 3:
Love thy veggies - drink thy water !

Step 4:
Rinse and repeat.

LESSONS FROM A SNOWMAN
