Hey I just had a thought. Do you think we could count chasing Jackalopes as an aerobic activity? Just kidding. I am hoping good things happen for your son this year, so you can have more room soon. Maybe your other son that is moving back to Wyoming can get a web cam, or you two can use skype. Those two things can help you keep in touch in a way that might make the distance feel smaller. Just a suggestion. Congrats on the weight loss! 2989 days ago

Thanks for the encouragement, everyone!
Ihavetoo, I am doing great at work. I have a good job and a wonderful boss. Now, the home life is a different story. I have had my 26 yr old son and his 80 lb dog living with me since November. She is a sweet dog, but I live in a 2-bedroom apartment (that allows pets) and have my own dog to care for. It is a little cramped and a little claustrophobic in here. I suppose I can look at it as a way to be gone from the house more, but I would prefer to be living alone. Son is trying to get on his feet after a divorce and not having a job for over a year now.
And, the youngest son who is a Marine will be getting out in May and moving back to Wyoming to go to college, which means I won't get to see him hardly at all for 4 years. It was bad enough when he was in, even though he was right up the road at Camp Pendleton. I still didn't get to see him very much. Now he will be 1,200 miles away for good.
I also thought that I was through menopause, but found out this last week that I am not! Which would explain the horrible salt cravings and the desire to naw on the woodwork I was so hungry.
But, I have made it this far. I weigh in tonight, and I am anxious to see where I am at. I haven't been exercising, though. I know I am supposed to, but my feet just hurt too badly. 2991 days ago
