Living Life to the Fullest


Hey, this is life. It is never perfect or always balanced. It is a roller coaster of joys, sorrows, celebrations, discoveries. I am glad to be a part of it. I am happy for every day. All I can do is TRY MY BEST!

This year, 2014, I plan to be my best in body, mind, and spirit. Life is too short for anything else.

If you have a dream, you must take action to reach your goal. I dream and take that action a lot. Many of my dreams have become reality....YOURS CAN TOO!

My Goals:
Live everyday.

Expereince the beauty, joy, and peace life has to offer.

Get toned and eat more organic.

Eat for energy/calories not for fun.


Stay away from the alcohol.













My Program:
 Stay motivated!

Burn at least 600 calories a day

Use both nutrition and fitness trackers.




Personal Information:
I am a Master Gardener and live for digging in the dirt and watching things grow.

Other Information:
 I love the out of doors and spend every minute I can enjoying the sights, sounds, and expereinces Mother Nature offers.

    Thanks so much for the jump rope-it was a great motivator! I love your page and blog, and having run just a couple of 5ks and a 6 mile leg of a relay, I have a small taste of (and huge appreciation for ) the discipline and stamina involved in your ultra marathons and triatholons-wow!! emoticon
