Introduction Text Hello SparkFriends! I'm on a great journey to change my health and wellness and have accomplished meeting a weight that I feel great about! Next, it's on to get toned!!

Updated: My goal was to lose 40 pounds and I'm at 50!!! I feel VERY great about the weight I'm at and that I'm finally at a healthy BMI!

I start Lindora, a medical weight loss program based in Southern California in Janurary 2009. Now, I've been doing the lifestyle maintenance program for 12 months and have continued to maintain my weight loss!! Forever lean :)

Born and raised in San Diego, I now live in Los Angeles where I work. I have two beautiful boys and have been married for 8 years.

SparkPeople is a great tool while doing weight loss. I personally used the nutrition tracker during my weight loss and now love reading the articles that are send to my email.
