My name is brittany i'm a full time stay at home mom i have two beautifull babies that are my life alexis is 4 and landon is 1 and they are the reason that i know i have to do this i want to live for them and live life with them. I also want to be able to have my body back i want to find myself i miss me lol...i know that i have a long journey but i can do this i know that i will be so glad that i did....so i hope that you all will join me on my long journey back home ..... i actually found this site last year in 2009 unfortuntley i had alot of bad stuff happened and it kida brought my finding myself journey on hold but, now it is 03/11/10 and i'm slowly getting my motivation back thank god i can't wait to start getting back into my old routine i remember how good i use to feel i'm a adrenaline junkie lol...i use to be able to push my self to great limits i was a workout junkie loved it. I loved being outside going out with friends and just being active, I've been praying alot that god would deliever me from this depression and help find myself and he is he has helped me through it all and now he is bringing me to the top again praise the lord i'm so gratefull for the life that he has blessed me with the two little angels he sent me from heaven and my highschool sweetheart even tho that has been a tough road but were making it. I'm going to start my routine out with cardio and strength training , and of course healthy eating i will start writing down my food and water intake and of course my excercise routine, i will also plan my day's ahead of time and make list to help me stick to things better and i will make a motivation chart lol and take before and after photo's of myself but anyways guys that is it for now good luck to everyone and god bless.

Fitness Minutes: 1,528

My Goals:
well i have 6 goals here they are.
1. lose 80lbs by december 1st .
2.run 3miles on treadmill by may
3.be able to wear a bikini this summer.
4.workout or be active 30 to 40 mins every day
5.don't give up this time.
6. be sucessfull don't give up this time.


My Program:
Excercise
cardio 30 to 40 mins atleast 6 days a week.
Strength training 4 days a week. staying active everyday keeping my self busy.

Nutrition : no diet i'm simply making healthier choices and using better portion controll, i will eat alot more fruits and vegetable's and watch my calorie and fat intake


Water lots of it i know that this always helpes flush the fat away.

Hi my name is Brittany i grew up in the sophia area of WV it's a small town very small i use to be active in sports all through school and then came my babies they are my world i love them so much. i'm looking forward to having fun with them this summer.


Other Information:
I'm an outdoor type person i love to ride horses, go fourwheeling, camping, fishing,love to go walking, love days of our lives soap, books nora roberts, love summertime but also love winter snuggling with my hubby okay you all get it i love to be outside.
